Applicant Privacy Notice
Who we are. This notice comes from BLACKWOLF Ai USA LLC, a Texas limited liability company. It explains how we handle personal information when you apply for a role or join our talent network. Our Privacy Policy covers everything else on this site.
What we collect. We collect what you choose to send us: your name, contact details, the role you want, and your résumé, portfolio or profile link. We also keep notes from calls, interviews and work samples. We do not ask for identity documents, bank details, government ID numbers or salary history during hiring. If we make you an offer, we collect only what the law requires to employ you.
Why we use it. We use your information to consider you for the role you applied for, or for a similar role. We also use it to contact you, arrange interviews, meet our legal duties and protect against fraud.
Who sees it. Only those involved in hiring for the role at Blackwolf can see it. So can the service providers that run our website, its contact form, our email and our text alerts, under contract to us. We share it with authorities only when the law requires. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it. We keep applications and talent-network notes only as long as we need them for hiring. Then we delete them, unless you agree that we may keep them longer or the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your application, at any time. Email info@blackwolfusa.ai. If the law where you live gives you more rights, for example in California, we will honor them.
How we protect it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No way of sending data over the internet is completely secure.
Changes to this notice. If we change this notice, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
